Oil painting is the most versatile and fascinating painting techniques. The proportions of figurative motifs can be found as easily and playfully as with no other technique, the brilliance and intensity of the oil color is incomparable. Unpleasant odors do not arise because we only use linseed oil as a medium.
In the workshops we learn the different possibilities of this technique: The pure oil painting and also the mixing technique with acrylic for the expressive surface design.
A special feature of the workshops is the small number of participants: It is limited to 3 to a maximum of 5 participants, so that there is plenty of time for individual support for each individual participant.

Painting Workshops for beginners
In the introductory courses, the basics are explained step by step on the basis of sample images. We get to know the most important techniques with precise instructions: The pure oil technique with a translucent and opaque color application and the mixing technique of the oil colors with acrylic paints. There are no prerequisites for this course: Beginners who do not have any painting experience are welcome, as well as painters who already have experience in acrylic or watercolor.
PAINTING WORKSHOPS FOR ADVANCED
In the advanced courses, these techniques are then further deepened. Depending on the course we focus on the topics portrait, human figure, flowers and landscape.
At the beginning of the lessons, the approach and the structure of the picture are explained in detail using a sample picture. The inspiration is provided by photos (flowers, landscapes, faces, people). The techniques used are pure oil painting and also the mixed technique oil / acrylic with structures. Depending on your personal preference, any other motive can of course be realized in each course as an alternative to the topics presented. It is also possible to bring unfinished pictures or your own photos for inspiration.
